CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable and emergencies can happen. To help me manage my schedule efficiently, I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation requests. Doing this allows me to accommodate any clients waiting for an appointment. IF I HAVE TO CANCEL ON YOU •You will receive $10 off on next service •You have the option for a deposit refund or we can put it toward your next service NO SHOWS Deposit is non refundable and the remainder balance of the reserved service will be charged from your card on file. DEPOSIT REFUND 48 hr + notice= FULL refund Less than 48 hr notice= NO refund
